The speedo only reads in km does anyone know how to change it to miles?

Just find a Citroen dealer in England that will order that speedometer dial for you. I don't know if it has a digital odometer or not, but the dealer in England should know what's needed. The English use miles, and there are Citroen dealers there.
Otherwise, just deal with it. Just figure 5/8 of the indicated speed and distance. It's easy... for me anyway.
