    How to keep your chicken soft after cooking for couple of days?

    Hello everyone , i sometimes cut chicken breast into small cubes and cook but it turns out to be really hard what should i do it keep my chicken soft ??? till next day and i tried washing my chicken with vineger and also with lemon but it still smells the next day how can i control that ???

    Depends how you're cooking your chicken. Took some tries and I mastered a moist juicy chicken every time. I usually don't cook my chicken in cubes unless I am cooking it in it's sauce and / or liquid. In that way the liquid will be infused in the meat. Or I sear it first then bake it off in the oven when the chicken breast is still whole and I cook until its not pink in the middle.
    Reheating chicken you steam it or just simply microwave it or reheat in the oven with more sauce maybe. But it's difficult reheating ANY meat and it not coming out a bit drier than before.
