What is a good program for burning DVD's that works with Windows 7?

I know that Windows 7 has a DVD program, but I like being able to have scene select, being able to do a 20 hour, 4 hour, or 6 hour settings, and sometimes putting more then one movie on a disk.
When I had XP I could do all these, and i hate the thought of having to settle for less now just because Windows 7 is less then puked up shit that very few XP programs work with..
NOTE, if can give a recommendation based on personal use of the program, that would be very much appreciated.
