    Nutrition/bodybuilding?

So I always hear bodybuilders talk about years and years of all tue nutrition information they gathered.Well isn't the only nutrition you need is a good diet of healthy foods?which I found out about in one month and I didn't take years to claim all that nutritional info.Is there something missing?

Yes, you couldn't be more right. Supplements for muscle building is a big industry worth many $billions in the US alone and the supplement makers have internet marketing firms who specialize in guerilla marketing to sway to young minds of teenagers into believing they can't get by without supplements. However, the truth is they don't need supplements if they have a good diet of food and supplements won't help them build muscle. Of course, naive and credulous teen males can be so easily manipulated by advertising, phony reviews, YouTube videos of Beachbody "coaches", and other worthless information that they can't resist the prospect of an impossible dream even in the face of warnings from every health agency in the US.

Here's what the US National Institute of Health, the best minds in nutrition on the planet, have to say.

"If you don't eat a nutritious variety of foods, some supplements might help you get adequate amounts of essential nutrients. However, supplements can't take the place of the variety of foods that are important to a healthy diet."

Some people use foods supplements, protein supplements, and steroids etc. for the bodybuilding and muscles building purposes.
These supplements and steroids bring quick results for the bodybuilding but in return they also cause severe reactions for the health and fitness.
Avoid all kinds of the supplements and steroids etc. and use more natural and nutritious foods to get more nutrition for the muscles building.
