Is the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play 4G smartphone available in Maryland on ATT?

I want to upgrade, but I can't seem to find it on their website... I was wondering if it was available in the state of Maryland. Also,can someone give me a link to att on the phone?

I KNOW AT&T has it. If I search the phone it gives me the price for the screen protector and the battery for the phone, so why wouldn't they have it?!
