How to Rip a Xbox DVD and not get kicked from MS LIVE service?

I was hoping someone could maybe provide some good information or send me a hyperlink on how to play xbox torrents?

I've been so reluctant for so long to play a recorded xbox torrent on my xbox because I hear they attach virus's or just as bad xbox can detect them and marks your xbox as using a ripped software so they knock you off LIVE and you can't ever get it back on your machine. Looking at eBay I see several machines marked either locked or not from live for that same reason. I also hear a special disk is needed for xbox over a standard DVD or CD?

Would you have any idea of where I can get schooled on these things and how I could take advantage of getting to use ripped games without being hit and losing my LIVE account status?
