Do Volkswagen beetle bugs have bearings?

So I have a 2006 beetle bug and I noticed that my bearing sounds loose. I don't know however, if I have to replace just the bearing or since it's German, I need to replace the whole hub like an Audi. Does anyone know? Thanks! It's also the front left wheel
