Cyber warfare is very common, well... cyber attacks, however, this is not the common science fiction of cyberneticics running around shooting everyone, this is where a large group of hackers attack the database of another, most popular technique being DDOSing a server.
Basically, warfare will be improved to such a large strategic scale and option than ever before that Napoleon himself won't even know what to do. For one, he might not know that the ally of his enemy is undermining his economy... : )
