Bought Motorola 180 in 2001. In 2008 couldn't get battery and was told phone would be obsolete soon as not digital. Bought another phone but later found battery on net and kept the 180 as a spare phone. Due to inactivity the 180 number has been cancelled, has no credit and won't switch on. Is it worth getting a SIM to start up again or can I risk testing it with my SIM? All my phones have been Tmobile. Where do old phones go to die? Thanks
