Wind Mobile Problem 10pts?

I just got a blackberry from wind mobile today and the guy at the shop said that if on my phone it says Wind Home im in the area but if it says Wind Away then it costs extra to use my phone. I just got home but im not out of the area for my phone. it says Wind Away and nothing I do changes it? how do i fix this. thanks

Hi there,

You may have to manually select the Wind Home network on your phone. If this is set to auto, your phone looks for the strongest signal. If the Rogers (Away) signal is stronger, it will choose that over the Wind home network.
