If you have lipo procedures then put on more bodyweight, where does the fat end up?

Hello,

I realize that if you have liposculpture or lipo procedures the fat tissues are completely eliminated so you won't put body weight on in the stomach area again. But if you overeat/under exercise and put on body weight, where would the fat that would have gone there go instead?
