Why does Hypercam 3 (Codec DivX) has audio lagging?

I decided to record a commentary and when I said hello world, I heard it 3 seconds after it should be heard. For example, I click Start Game and when you click it a noise is heard, I click it, play it back, and I hear the ringing noise 3 seconds after I pressed the button. I am recording at 30 frames, using DivX codec, have uncompressed audio, and the sample rate is 48000. What settings should I change to make it in sync? Or other solutions...
