Both are good headphones. Bose is very durable and has a good treble and very clear and crisp sound. Beats look good and have a good bass but overall build quality is a little poor.

They're both utter crap. All name & no performance. Spend 1/2 the money on a pair from Grado or Sennheiser, & get better performance.

AVDADDY is 100% correct. Bose and Beats are popular because they spend a lot of money shouting about how good they are. Sennheiser and Grado quietly sit back, letting their products' quality speak for itself.
