My dog has black tar like stools, please advise!?

She was a little dull yesterday, and her stools were a little runny and had fresh blood. Today, we monitored her, and she was less dull than yesterday. Didn't feed her for half a day for fear of food poisoning, and after 24 hours we gave her boiled rice and egg (bland meal) but her stools became tar like and black. Any advice or similar experiences? Please advise thank you, I greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!

She's very lively and looks normal now....like she's excited at the sight of food and the thought of going downstairs for a walk! So we can't really tell whether she's ill
