When I went to restore my online backup through Mozy, it automatically "tarred" and archived the files together for ease of downloading. There are about ten .TAR files, each about 3 GB. The problem is, when I go to extract the files, I just get an error message saying the files cannot be opened. I've tried opening them with 7-Zip and other applications.
Does anyone know a way I can salvage these .TAR files, even if they are corrupt? Any ideas on how I can extract them?
P.S. I'm running Windows 7.
