Cruise Shore Excursions?

Im going on a cruise in june that stops at these places antigua, tortola, st. thomas, and nassau. I love jet skiing and para sailing. This is my first cruise, so idk what to do on the islands. Do they have jet ski rentals or para sail trips?

and whats the gambling age in the ship casino?

Go to the cruise line web page. Somewhere on it you will find a list of shore excursions by port. That is the best place to start.

Cruise ship casino's are only open when the ship is at sea. NEVER in port. Each cruise line gets to set its own age limit. You will have to ask & remember to bring ID with you.
