can anybody tell me, why a Telus mobility prepaid phone balance top up, doesn't complete its specified time deadline? Example: a 30 day top up of $10, inserted into the phone balance on December 19, should go to January 19 & not until January 16. Or a 60 day balanced top up of $25, should go from December 19, to February 19 and not February 16, those two examples are not fully there specified time of either 30 days or 60 days, number-wise. Can someone please help figure this out? Thanks kindly, in advance. Dan Rocha.
