well i've heard that a cigarette a week or so is actually good for you, kind of like getting sick at the beginning of flu season so you're body's used to it, and hookah smoke is actually a lot worse for you than cigarette smoke. think about it. it's soaked in heavy syrup which allows for them to use cheaper and less healthy tobacco, plus it's soaked in chemically manufactured syrup which is also being ingested.
