How to frame script for ‘introducing a product’ in telemarketing?

I represent a software company. And I want to market one of our software products to the prospective clients. The first step is to give them a phone call, get an appointment. To achieve this I have to make them understand about our product and how it would benefit them. So I would like to get a script developed to explain our product very easily to the client.
Can someone help me out?
