I am setting up this thing Gmail offered me, it's called a 2-step verification, where Google texts me a code whenever I try to log in from a different location (security reinforcement).
I think it's a great feature, but I don't know if I have to pay for those incoming messages, especially since I'm from Europe. If it's free, I think it's great, but if I have to pay for it, it's unnecessary.
So who is it up to to charge me for incoming text (from the USA) - my mobile provider? And how do I know if I'll be charged?
Thanks!
