I need help with my gauges...I think their infected..?

Ok so I have my ears gauged and recently they've been sore and itchy. My lymph nodes are swollen and they puss alot. What should I do? Do I take them out? I tried cleaning them with peroxide and sea salt but it doesnt seem to help. What do I do about this?

i think.... you should go to a peircer and ask them,
they'll know best not ppl on the internet.

but they do sound infected.
