Im am new to the whole smartphone thing so don't criticize me for asking stupid questions please! one of my questions is when running apps can you turn on your wi-fi to use them or does it strictly use up your data ?(I got the middle data package which was 2gb) And do you have to turn the apps off each time you use them? Because if you leave all your apps running does that use up from your data package?
