it features police officers chasing a ninja through a somewhat arid environment. at one point in the scene the ninja throws ninja stars while on top of the police car at two motorcycle officers, killing both of them. he then uses his sword to stab one of the officers in car beneath him and then punches through the room to kill the driver. he is then seen swinging away with some sort of grappling hook while the police car careens off a hill.
