    New sport bike won't start.?

I need some help with my new bike, this is it:http://www.scooterdepot.us/250cc-street-legal-motor-bikes-sport-motorcycles-p-744.html

I am having a lot of trouble starting it, the gas I have is regular 87, the oil is synthetic mobile one sae 10-40w, and no I did not over or under fill it.

Basically when the new oil was in and the gas and battery fully charged it would not start for an hour, the lights would turn on and the starter would turn perfectly, if I tried to let the clutch out it would move but when fully out it would stall. After that hour it would only start when I constantly held the throttle, this would last for about 10 minutes, I would ride around for 2 minutes but if I ever let go of the throttle the engine would completely shut off, and after that 2 minute ride, it would be impossible to turn on, the starter would turn but the engine just wouldnt't roll over. After that every time I tried I pressed the starter the starter motor rotating time would be shorter and shorter until pressing the starter just turned everything off, all the lights until I let go of the throttle and the lights would come back on. Now here is the wierd part, if I just leave the bike there with the battery in it all turned off, I come back in an hour the engine would roll only with constant throttle again, but then ride for little time and then starter stops again?

Now I have tried push starting it and you can here the engine come on but then it just shuts down, and rolling downhill too. Now I have done all of this in reserve full, choke on and off and it didn't make a difference, any help would be appreciated!
the battery is not the problem, I had the voltage checked by aaa and everything was good

yea but the bike does not over rev, in fact when I did have it going, I held throttle at 2000 rpm, when I let go the rpm's would drop and the engine would just turn off, nothing smells bad and everything is clean,
    Same problem on this video:

The Scooter Depot bikes require 92+ octane fuel. Anything less and they will not idle. Most of the Chinese bikes are like that. Check your owners manual for the recommended octane.

Your battery is a piece of leaden-sh!t.

Replace and fully charge before use.

I agree with the guy above it sounds like the carburetor needs cleaned or rebuilt. As for the bike itself you really should have gotten a name brand. I've had 5 off brand four wheelers that was rode very easy after every single ride something was missing or something got broke. Switched to name brand atvs, and motorcycles and havent had a problem since. Also I recommend you put thread lock on every screw, nut, and bolt that your not going to remove because the vibration unscrews them.
