No. Not really, I don't think so. It's supposed to be something special and trusting that happens in a secure and loving relationship with someone you actually care about rather than this. I also think althouwlh this is a one night stand sort of thing, its way better to have sex with someone you actually know and are about, who cares about you and respects your body and your wishes. Who isn't going to exploit you afterwards or anything like that. I think it's personal preference but here it just sounds like the guys is absolutely taking advantage of her!
 
No. Not at all. Sex should be completely consentual. He took advantage of her because she was drunk.
