Is venting the only want to release anger?

Are there other ways? More healthy ways? I'm frustrated and I don't like it.
I'm on edge and nervous. I'm a little scared at the moment, like somethings about to happen, but i'm not sure what it is yet. Can't sleep. I'm feeling sad too. I don't know how to shake these feelings.

Exercise (Boxing, Running, Yoga, whatever) as well as talking through it can be good. You can also write down what's bothering you too.
