Help?? I only eat pork, egg, and veg, and peanut butter but i cant get into ketosis? I feel like im gaining weight.

Bfast : (cant prepare anything) almonds nuts (<4g carbs)
Mid: tofu and 2 egg
Lunch : pork egg veg
Mid: peanut butter

Dinner: pork egg veg

Help?? Im 15 and 123lbs.
