How to pull an all nighter?

I am starting a new job soon and need to start waking up at 7am. I am very much a night owl though, and I'm used to falling asleep anywhere between 2 and 4am and sleeping til noon. I've decided to stay up all night tonight so that I will fall asleep early tomorrow and hopfully get into the rhythm of my ideal sleeping pattern. Any tips on how to stay awake, not only tonight, but all day tomorrow?

Set yourself a task to do, something you enjoy doing, then you won't notice the hours slipping past. Also, drink a lot of coffee.

Energy Drinks.jogging in place and water on your face AND NO heavy meals at night as that will make you sleepy.
