Does anyone know how to use xvid codec to watch movies?

I already downloaded, redownloaded over 10 times, the download button is still coming up how do I use it to watch movies?
I also downloaded graboid and divx and the movie didnt play

I would like to know too. I downloaded that codec and still can't play the movies.

I Use VLC media player and have no issues with it; it even plays movies that don't have sound when used in media player. I had the same issues though, i got VLC from graboid...
