...from the 2011 NFL Draft? The selections that were made and finalized today in the draft, can they be integrated into the Madden NFL 11 game or do you have to wait until the next game comes out? (Madden NFL 12)

If they did that, they wouldn't sell Madden 12. Of course you have to wait for Madden 12.
