How do I remove a message that keeps popping up on my homepage after installing Divx?

Every time i refresh my homepage (rr.com) or go on any other page thats on my homepage's site a message saying "console.log: Divx HiQ Debug: supported sit definition updated (#) minute(s) ago" pops up. i looked this up and there is nothing i can find on how to fix this. And i changed the divx update start up settings in the system configuration utility already. i dont even know if this is a virus or spware, so please help.

I disabled the DivX HiQ ....start on your home page, click "tools"...."manage add-ons" and disable it.....hope this helps
