How Can I Completely Uninstall Safari ?

I deleted it from Add/Remove Programs , and I install Safari again but Bookmarks , History , Cookies , Cache - didn't delete

I want to completely uninstall Safari like when I uninstall Firefox 3 , in Firefox 3 I can Choose " Remove my Firefox Personal date and customizations "
