can you make a pre-paid phone a plan phone with rogers?

Okay so me being the retard that i am, i left my phone on the city bus, so tmo im getting a new one, and my mom said it has to be the cheapest one there is, and that is one that is a pre-paid, but i have a contract plan that we have to stick with, and i was just wondering if you can make the pre-paid a plan phone... also its with rogers,
 
Before put your Rogers sim card,Make sure prepaid phone is unlocked one.if it's locked means,you will need to unlock your phone.For unlocking you can approach your service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service provider like Unlocking4Free.com They will provide free unlocking service for old mobile models only.If you have newest version of mobile means use Unlock-Zone.com
