There is no thinking. Porn is an entirely visual experience. Men are, in general, much more reactive to visual stimuli than women are--we like porn because it's nice to look at, we check out womens' bodies as they walk past because they're nice to look at, and some guys choose to go to strip clubs as well, once again because it's fun to look at.

Having a fantasy is totally different. When it's just imagination involved, then...well, every guy would have his own fantasy. It could be based around a certain setting, a certain fetish if the guy is into something kinky, a certain real-life person, or a completely fictional person. Fantasies are, I suspect, extremely diverse for both genders.

i put myself in the place of the man... i like to see the girl reacting to what is happening in some way.. haha

I think your going to find the answer unsatisfying-no pun intended. We men are visual creatures-we see naked people and get horny and ejaculate. Repeat as needed, that's it. I never fantasize about my girl/boyfriend-WHY?

If you can find a man who actually tells you he is dreaming of his wife when he sees something stimulating you are unique. The only thing I "think" about it getting it done, all visual for me.

I sometimes fantasize about the woman. Sometimes I fantasize about a woman I'm dating (or have dated). Sometimes, it's just 'I've got to get laid'. It doesn't have to be the same every time.
