is it a pretty good phone? the reviews on verizon are either really good or really bad but i dont know if the ppl who wrote the reviews did weird stuff to their phones or not...so is it a sturdy, reliable, all around good phone? i need to know tonight please...getting new phone tomorrow. thanks
