...to WIND mobile? And yes, i know they are out of stock, I'm just wondering.

So if i get it on a contract from APPLE, not from TELUS or ROGERS ( cos that would mean i would have to stick with them )
could, i buy the iphone for the 199 price, and then bring it to WIND mobile to activate and use? Because I do not like any of the phones that wind mobile has to offer.

You cannot buy an iPhone for $199 without a contract from a carrier. The retail price of the iPhone is about US$650. The lower prices are only for phones on a contract with a carrier.
