I downloaded Divx player and my laptop is running really slow and laggy ever since. OS is Windows 7. I uninstalled it a few days later and the improvement was immediate. Anyone else having these problems?

the best decoder is ffdshow and the best player in my opinion is media player classic home cinema
all found in the k-lite codec pack...plays practically anything and low on resources
