For my whole contract which is now 2/3 years(worst idea ever, i know) i have had trouble with texting and incoming and sometimes outgoing phone calls. This situation is wierd that i have, i can recieve texts and phone calls from everyone accept for ONE rogers client, and on his end im the only telus client he cant recieve from. Its a sketchy issue because sometimes it works sometimes it does not, i've gone through 3 phones, all the same issue. I have tried absoloutly everyone and everything to get this problem fixed and several diagnostics but still, nothing works.
Now i'm stuck in this hell with Telus along with their contract and i'm paying for things that don;t always work, the situation does not make sence to me, and its as though the client care and others don't believe me when i tell them this issue.
What can i do? has anyone ever had this problem before, i feel like i'm the only one in this rediculous situation.
