Dec 13, 2010 #1 M MARTIN Member May 14, 2008 262 0 16 Recently my gas boiler broke down. I told my landlord and he sent over a non gas certified technician. So I made my landlord send me another technician but it has been 5 days and no one has come. To who should I make a complaint? P.S.:I am from the UK.
