I know it's a needle, but the second he injects it into someone, they pass out and remain out long enough for Jigsaw to drag them to his trap. I know of certain drugs that can knock you out, but it takes a while to work. What the hell is he using to knock his victims out immediately and keep them out for such long periods of time? Does anyone have a clue? I'm just curious. It seems kind of unreal to me.
