I found this phone on the road. There is no number in it for the owner and I haven't herd anything about it in 3 months so i figure I may as well use it.
Its currently locked to Telstra. Whats the best way to unlock it? online? or take it into a shop? is either way more prone to them finding out its not actually my phone? I presume this happens all the time so if anyone has an answer hit me up! cheers

Most likely go to a store.
But when it is unlocked you should go to "Contacts" and call ether "Mom" Or "Dad" And say "Hey I found this phone on the road..."
That would be the nice thing to do.
