...through a 3g network? Right now I am planning to go to the Bahamas but I have been hearing in the news about people being charged ridiculous cell phone bills when their phone is used while overseas. So I am right now trying to figure out a way to communicate with my family's cell phones without paying cell bills. I know using Skype through wifi to other Skype members will escape paying cell charges but I am not sure how many free wifi spots are going to be available on Paradise Island. So would connecting the skype iphone app through my 3g cell network to other skype members escape paying cell phone bills? Or would I end up getting charged for transmitting data cellularly for using 3g?
