Have you vacuumed the little holes in the pipe? They get clogged. You should do this each year before you use them. Just a couple of thoughts. I'm not an expert, just a homeowner.

Nov 9, 2010 #3 B Bonno New member Jun 4, 2010 4 0 1 these thing have an oxygen sensor, & a thermal coupling. I would vacuum everything & make sure your thermal coupling is clean. spider webs blocking air flow may be enough to cause an oxy sensor to shut down.
