on Internet Explorer when you type a letter into the search bar you get a list of websites you have been to starting with that letter. How do you delete the websites?
Thanks it worked

Well it depends on your computer. Usually you go to tools then internet option then clear histroy or something like that.

start, control panel, internet options and delete browsing history

put the curser over it and then press delete..
Why???...........

click on tools on your IE bar, then click Internet options

You go under Tools and then click Delete Browsing History. On some computers it may be slightly different. Sometimes you may have to click on Internet Options before you can click Delete Browsing History.

XOXO,

when you open up a browsing window there should be a button in the right hand corner that says "Tools" click on that and the first button on that menu should be "Delete Browsing history"

Wht u do is go on tool, internet options and then delte everything

L. click on Start. R. Click on Internet ex. Click L. click on properties. L. click on general. Click on delete.

Go to Tools
Then go to Delete Browsing History
Then go to Delete All
Check off that little box that pops up
Click Delete

go to tools on the top tool bar usually in the top right of your screen on internet explorer and go down to delete browsing history and hit delete all. if that doesnt work go to internet options and delete the stuff. email me if you have any questions.

type the letter of the thing you want to delete. When it comes up below click the down arrow until it is highlighted blue. Click the delete button and its gone =)

Or if you want to delete everything go to >Tools>Internet Options>Delete>Delete all and all the traces of porn will be gone

With Vista:
Go to Tools-> Internet Options -> (Browsing History) Delete...)
Then you can either go through and delete just what you want (i.e. search history, cookies, passwords saved, etc.) or just clear it all with the button on the bottom of the box.

With XP or other ones I think it's about the same just a tad bit different.

open your internet , click tools , then click delete browsing history , then a little menu box will come up and you click 'delete all' and it will get rid of the list of websites/stuff you googled before :)

Right click on IE, select "properties" , clicl on "content" tab
click on "setting" of 'autocomplete', check the forms and press ok.
note : this is for ie7

Tools -- > Internet Options -- >Delete button- -> Delete History

I could also delete the Cookies, Internet Temporary Files and other stuff I can't rememeber it all.
