I am looking around for my first vehicle (I'm a teen) and really like SUV's.
However, I'd still like to know of any good ones I could keep my eye out for, just in case. I will be buying used, and would like it to be under $5,000. Also, I'm shorter, so I want something that wouldn't make me look odd in it, if you know what I mean. Good gas mileage would help.

A Toyota 4 Runner bout 1995-2003 you can get for under 5 grand and they are really nice cars, stock. They run forever.

4Runner is your best bet for $5000. Maybe a 1996-ish.
