Well, If you did stop GREAT! Dont start back again!!! The damage you are doing now will eventually catch up with you. Believe me, I know! I smoked for 30 yrs and now have pulminary problems and cannot breathe worth a crap! Very painful. I know you may think you will live forever but do you want to live with this?
