its been happening alot but usually only when i wake up and today it was all day... my neck when i move it any way hurts on the right side of my back like my upper back where the two 'wings' are, and it hurts down my triceps, its like an annoying pain i don't know how to explain it... any ideas? could it have to do with my physical therapy on my legs??? my walking is messed up a little
