    Toshiba Sattelite Laptop Mic.?

I have a Toshiba Sattelite Laptop with an internal mic. Everytime I try to record with it by Audacity (whether it be the Wave Out Mix or the Microphone), there's always a bunch of noise. How can I fix this? I am using Windows 7 (the Home Premium version).
I do plan on getting an external mic. as soon as I have the money, but I would really like to see if I can get most of that noise out for the time being.
Ugh... it's the Toshiba Satellite (sorry for misspell).

How do I set up a filter?

It is a cheap mic and doesn't record particularly clearly. You could try to set a filter that only includes the pitch of your voice thereby eliminating some of the noise from other ranges of pitch.
