selling tickets on craigslist or for more then face value?

I was just wondering why people can sell tickets for so much more than face value on craigslist and other websites I though that was illegal and I am trying to get tickets to the UFC in CO people are selling them for $350 dollars
 
Scalping Tickets on Craigslist

The guy above has no exprience with craigslist, I've done very well buying and selling items, however tickets are sold at 300X the face value.....Is this illegal?
