Ham and cheese muffin recipe? (without Bisquick)?

I want to make ham and cheese muffins for breakfast, so any recipes would be appreciated. I can use "all-purpose flour" ... As long as "all-purpose flour" is just plain or self raising flour? But I don't want anything like herbs or vegetables in it ... So ... Thanks!
